1904 3rd Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101
The office is located on the cusp of Belltown and downtown in the Securities Building at 1904 3rd Avenue, Suite 1017. We are across from the old Bon-Macy building, now Macy’s. Parking is available on the street or nearby lot at 3rd and Virginia. Directions are below.
From I-5 Southbound
- Take the Stewart / Denny Exit (#166).
- Continue on Stewart to 3rd Avenue, where you will turn right.
- The Securities Building Parking Garage is on your right.
- Enter the lobby at 1904 3rd Avenue and take the elevator to the 10th floor.
From I-5 Northbound
- Take the Seneca St. Exit (#165) which exits from the left lane of the freeway.
- Stay in the left lane while exiting. Continue on Seneca to 3rd Ave and turn right.
- The Securities Building Parking Garage is on your right.
- Enter the lobby at 1904 3rd Avenue and take the elevator to the 10th floor.
From Hwy 520
- Drive Westbound to I-5 Southbound.
- Follow the directions above.
From Route 99 Southbound
- Take the exit ramp toward Denny Way/Downtown.
- Bear right onto Wall Street.
- Turn left onto 3rd Avenue.
- Locate on-street or lot parking nearby.
- Enter the lobby at 1904 3rd Avenue and take the elevator to the 10th floor.
From I-90
- Drive Westbound to I-5 Northbound. Exit 2C onto 7th Ave.
- Turn left on Madison, then right on 3rd Ave.
- Locate on-street or lot parking nearby.
- Enter the lobby at 1904 3rd Avenue and take the elevator to the 10th floor.
Bus stations are on 3rd and 4th Avenue as well as on Stewart, just outside of the Securities Building. To find the best route from your location visit the website of Seattle’s Metro Trip Planner. Bicycle commuters may lock up in the Securities Building Parking Garage within 20 yards of security personnel. Please note that bikes are not allowed into the Securities Building.
