I now offer appointments in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis as well as Skype or iChat video consultations. Skype is free and easy to download. For iChat connections a (dot)mac account or IM account (free through AOL) is required.

There is no charge for appointments cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance.

Payment Information

Prepayment is requested for video consultations via PayPal or major credit card. Personal checks are accepted for face-to-face consults only.

90-Minute Initial Consult & research $335.00

30-Minute Follow-up Consultation, $75.00

45-Minute Follow-up Consultation, $110.00

For patients in Washington state only (not in Minnesota)
I am contracted with Regence Blue Shield, Premara, LifeWise, and Aetna. For all other insurance plans I am an ‘out-of-network provider’ and payment is due at the time of your visit. No insurance billing is available for Minnesota patients.

A service statement will be provided on request. Insurance covers “medically necessary care” and as such does not always cover 100 percent of the consultation. In some cases the patient pays the balance of a visit.
